Welcome to Sanctuary, my name is Sylvia and I am the creator of this land. It's certainly not perfect but it has come a long way from where it was before. This Sanctuary is meant as a safe haven for those who seek it. If you came here to meet new people and train with the very best. Then you found your Sanctuary.
New comers must give a full report of themselves so we can better the services of Sanctuary. (In other words, give your character a well thought out profile. There is an example on mine profile TenshiRose. ~Rose)
New comers must also understand that there are a few rules to Sanctuary.
1) Respect new and old comers of all types and beings. (No major cursing and nothing extremely vulger.~Rose)
2) Your not allow to kill anyone within Sanctuary unless you and your opponent both mutually understand the risk. (So no killing off someone's character unless they want you to. I will decide if someone gets banned ~Rose)
3) Gods are require to follow more specific rules. If your a god visit Paradise Deus for more information. Gods should know to not interfere too much in the problems of the others. Gods who do not understand this will be banned. (In other words please no god-moding if you can help it. I know everyone wants to be that great character but it's annoying when someone is god-moding. I will be controlling a few god-like characters who are going to be NCP's of the roleplay. Otherwise they are not active in any quests. ~Rose)

Strengths: She is always active so she keeps her strength up. Runs very fast for her physical capabilities, and very is very flexible.
Weaknesses: Very clumsy, since she is very goofy she tends to not pay total attention to where she is going sometimes.
Weapons: Double Katana and two double barrel pistols

Personality
Attitude: Hyper happy-go-lucky with goofy traits. Turns serious when the battle gets insanely serious otherwise is mostly a goofy girl.
Likes: Ice-Cream, Writing, Training, Sleeping, and Video-games
Dislikes: Leeches, slugs, snails, goo, and anything slimy
Strengths: Having a smile even during the most roughest times and being serious when it's time to get really serious. Emily's heart is strong and she wants the best for everyone. Even if they hate her, Emily rarely hates any one being.
Weaknesses: Doesn't always get serious even when the situation calls for it. Unless it is life or death or you just really piss Emily off she is not a very serious character. Goofy even when in battle so can be so can hinder a team when she doesn't mean too.

Types: Energy Manipulation (You see this coming out in the form of "crystal petals"), god-like strength, speed, and flexibility, summon dragons ability
Strengths: Can use the energy and morph it into anything. Can use energy and channel it into her weapons. And she can potentially mess up someone else's energy patterns. (Not destroying it but distorting it.)Can used concentrated energy to summon dragons to her aid.
Weaknesses: If she morphs the energy into weapons then the weapons are not as strong as her actual ones. Has to concentrate to keep up any energy barriers. Has to collect a lot of stored energy to summon dragons.

Weaknesses: Has little upper body strength and cant always control his jumps or speed.
Weapons: Redemption ( a rapid fire revolver), Mercy ( a 4 barreled heavy pistol), Gremlar ( boots that grow blades in combat)

Personality
Attitude: Reserved and quiet. Not a people person but is a very good listener.
Likes: being alone or in small groups.
Dislikes: crowds or having to speak to more than 5 people
Strengths: great at listening to others
Weaknesses: Has no memory of his life before becoming strife and has a hard time trusting others.

Powers
Types: fire/heat, some angelic and demon powers, able to summon and banish Pestilence (his horse later on)
Strengths: He can grow dark angel wings to fly for a short time, shoot fire blasts from his guns, and heat his skin damaging all who melee him.
Weaknesses: His heat can be negated by cold and electricity can damage him more.

Body Type: Well muscle built, not to big, but not skinny. medium length hair, root are blue-black, rest is ice blue. Keeps it slicked back.
Clothing: A type of semi formal suit, dark blue-ish black. Black dress shoes. The sleeves are near 3-4 inches longer than his arms.
Weaknesses: Intense heat, bright lights. His twin as well. Plus, if they use too much energy they will transform into a weaker version of their true self.
Weapons: Ice, snow the cold and anything long distance.

Personality
Attitude: Calm, gentle, and very caring. Tries his best to please everyone and anyone.
Likes: Quietness, being around friends and reading.
Dislikes:Being rude to people, disappointing people, hurting people.
Strengths:Being calm and collected in any given situation, being able to persuade almost anyone. Soul is a very collected person and can think through anything, even if the world is falling down around him.
Weaknesses: Hates hurting people that sometimes he won't fight even if he's needed too.

Clothing: Blue, sleeveless muscle shirt, dark blue jeans. Not skinny jeans, but tight. Black 'punk ish' hiker boots.
Weaknesses: Intense heat, bright lights. If they use too much energy they will transform into a weaker version of their true self.
Weapons: Ice, snow, the cold. His claws, tail and fangs.

Attitude: Loud, rude and sometimes obnoxious.
Likes: Brawling, fighting and bossing around his brother.
Dislikes: Anything to sweet, mushy or lovey
Strengths: Always geared for a fight, no matter what. He can take all the damage and still dish it back. Though he hates to admit it, he's wildly protective.
Weaknesses: Doesn't think when he starts to fight. Is very hard headed and rash.

"Why?!" screamed an angry voice. "I'm not going anywhere!" We have to brother. Otherwise, we'll probably never see her again..." This voice was quieter and sounded much more depressed. Absolute 'Soul' and Zero Cold were the two orphan dragon brothers who lived in the frozen glacial island. Leaving their home, they found their way to a sacred place called Sanctuary. Hearing the voice that gretted them, they walked towards it slowly. Soul looked around the best he could, keeping quiet and taking in the scenes. Zero was less than happy. "A child? What the hell?!" He growled and snarled to himself. "I swear, I'm going to go insane..."

Strife awoke in a vast nothingness. He remembered nothing not even his name. He looked at his hands and noticed he was wearing fingerless shooting gloves. He was wearing combat boots, blue jeans, a red duster with orangish flames at the cuff and tail and a black tee shirt with a white horse skull and strange symbols around it. His hair was orange at the tips and shifted to red as it got closer to the roots. He looked around the room but all he could see was the small circle he was on and a marble pedestal in front of him. It held two pistols on it. One was a revolver that was a reddish grey and the other was a four barreled pistol that seemed much larger than the revolver. He suddenly heard a booming voice speak. "Welcome Strife. We have been awaiting you for some time now. You have been brought back from the soul abyss to serve as a rider, an enforcer of the charred council." A second voice started talking. "We are such council and we have been tasked by the makers to keep balance in all realms of the world so that neither good nor evil will reign supreme." Suddenly a third voice began to speak. "You are not alone. There are three other riders who will be there to assist you. But that is not important right now." The second voice began to speak again. "First you must understand who you are and learn more about yourself. That is why we will send you to sanctuary." The first voice began to speak again. "Ah Sanctuary. The perfect embodyment of balance. There you shall learn your purpose and your destiny." Strife grabbed the pistols but felt as though he had no control he tried to run but his body was not listening.

Suddenly he lost conciousness and awoke at an entrance to Sanctuary. He heard the new voice speak and listened. "What is with all these voices?" He thought grabbing his throbbing head. He had no idea where he was and knew nothing other than what he had been told. He was terrified to enter unsure if this was a dream or some sick joke being played by the gods. But again his body began to work without his say and began walking into the city.
